Payment can be made using credit or debit cards online through PayPal or by phone and must be made before item despatch. We accept all major credit and debit cards including; Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments. Products can also be bought in person at our shop, however customers must call before they arrive to buy any products as we have a warehouse that holds most of our stock, which delivers to us once everyday, so to ensure the product you are after is available we advise to notify us at least one day prior to your arrival.
Payment through the website is taken in full at the time of purchase.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 8.30am and 7.00pm. Unfortunately we cannot provide an exact delivery time but can keep you informed of the day your products will arrive. If we have run out of stock of the product you require, delivery maybe delayed, in this case we inform you of an expected delivery date.
Due to the size of many of our products we often send them in more than one package, so if you only receive one of your products you may receive the other later in the day. If however you don't receive both products on the same day, give us a call and we will trace where your product is and do our best to have it delivered as soon as possible. In the event that products are damaged on delivery please notify us.
We cannot accept liability for delayed or un-delivered goods if the wrong delivery address is provided or the courier is at fault.
Our standard delivery 3-5 days to all UK addresses and we offer a 24-48 hour delivery option also. If you need your products on a particular date, notify us an we will try to accomodate your needs.
Worldwide postage charges vary depending on destination.
We do not set the borders and boundaries for postage and do not accept liability for them.
Unwanted products that were correctly supplied will only be accepted for return at our discretion. If we accept a return it is up to the customer to organise and pay for the products returned, which must be returned in the same condition as delivered. We will not accept fitted tyres.
You have the right to cancel your order with seven days of placing it, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). Should you cancel you cancel your order, your payment will be returned by the method which it was paid in the first instance, within 14 working days.
You must contact us via email (email@example.com) or by phone (+44) 01625 433773 for authorisation before returning items. Goods must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition.
Tax & Duties:
All products sold on www.ears.co.uk are subject to UK taxation, which is included in the advertised price. If you live outside the EU then we won't charge VAT but customs charges are the customers responsibility.
Ears Motosport LLP accept no liability that arise for errors on the website, which includes prices, typing and images. The images may differ from the product sent but it will be the same product ordered. If we spot our mistake we will notify customers of the error. By using the website you confirm and accept these terms and conditions.
Prices shown on the website are subject to change without prior notice. If you are sold a product at an incorrect price, we will notify customers via email or phone, to which customers can keep, cancel or change their order.
Prices shown include UK mainland delivery.
